We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped, as the package has already been handed over to our courier partner.
If an order is cancelled after it has been dispatched from our end, the courier partner may still attempt delivery.
In case a Cash on Delivery (COD) order is refused at the time of delivery, the customer’s future COD orders may be cancelled without prior notice. After this, the customer will only be able to place prepaid orders on our website.

How will I receive my refund for cancelled orders and how long will it take?
Cancellation Before Shipment
If the order is cancelled before it is shipped, the refund will be processed within 24–48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
Cancellation After Shipment
If the order is cancelled after dispatch or returned, the refund will be processed only after the products are received and verified at our warehouse.
Refund Processing
For Online Payments (Credit/Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI)
Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used at checkout within 24–48 business hours after we receive and verify the returned products.
Please allow an additional 2–3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, the refund will be processed through a bank transfer using the billing details and bank information provided by you.
The transfer will be initiated within 24–48 business hours after we receive the returned products and your bank details via email. The amount may take 2–3 additional business days to reflect in your account.
Return Policy
At our store, we take utmost care to ensure that every product is 100% authentic and delivered in perfect condition.
To maintain transparency and avoid any misuse, we have a strict return and refund policy:
- An unboxing video is mandatory for any return or refund request.
- The video must be recorded from the moment the package is sealed and opened, without any cuts or pauses.
- In the absence of a valid unboxing video, no return or refund request will be accepted under any circumstances.
Returns or exchanges can only be requested within 24 hours of delivery if the product received is damaged.
We also accept partial returns, meaning you may request a return for one or multiple items from your order.
Steps to Request a Return
Step 1:
Contact our Customer Support team via Email, Call, or WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Step 2:
Provide your Order ID and clearly mention whether you want a return, replacement, or refund.
Please attach clear images of the damaged product along with the order number for verification.
Step 3:
Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the product within 2–4 business days.
Refunds or replacements will only be processed if the product is returned in its original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact, and in the same condition as it was delivered.
If the packaging, seal, or product condition is found to be tampered with, you may be eligible only for a partial refund.
